Staff wonderful, kind, compassionate, efficient, came treating people like their family. Reassuring and excellent, wonderful -clean. All very timely - very slight delay at staff lunch but thanks, perfect.

There was a long waiting time. Although this was over lunch time and the minor injury was quiet.
An improvement would obviously be more staff to cover lunch and other busy periods but this is the same for every department and NHS as a whole.
